Email from the club just received
Dear Supporter,
First, and most importantly, we would like to personally thank you for your unwavering support of the team during our historic inaugural season at London Stadium, and for the way you have come together over these last few months to help make our new house a home.
The support, feedback, ideas, passion, loyalty and commitment you have shown have been truly overwhelming and have reinforced what we have always known - that West Ham United is a family.
We are therefore pleased to announce that in order to reward that loyalty, we are freezing your Season Ticket price so when you renew for the 2017/18 campaign you pay the same as this season.
We meant it when we said our move to London Stadium should benefit our most loyal supporters. Our continuing promise is to provide affordable Premier League football for our Season Ticket Holders and to aim to have the cheapest Premier League Season Ticket in London.
This year, more than ever, it is important to renew before the Wednesday 31 May deadline as with a 55,000-strong Waiting List, any seats not renewed by the deadline will be made available to these supporters on a priority basis, who are eager to join you in becoming a Season Ticket Holder.
Furthermore, anyone wishing to relocate their seat must renew their existing seat at the earliest possible opportunity as seat relocation's will be prioritised based on how early you renew.
Looking ahead to next season, we are intent on delivering success on the pitch for our supporters.
As always, every single penny generated from Season Ticket sales will be re-invested in the playing squad, and we will be working hard in the summer transfer window to identify the players we believe will strengthen the team and bring us further success. As the custodians of your football club, we are absolutely committed to that objective.
In the meantime, we hope that you enjoy the rest of this season as Slaven and the players aim to secure the highest finish possible in the top half of the Premier League.
Come on you Irons!

With an apparent 55,000 strong waiting list in the wings, that's some grovelling letter. Its not OUR "new house" though is it, we just play our games there. We don't own it, no asset. Soulless place where 50k people are thrown together to make a noise, but not an atmosphere. Not a football experience, its starting position was always too far away. The other London have and are going to get stadiums fit for football, but all Brady cares about and measures herself against are bums on seats, whoever they are.

So if you want to change out your shit view seat then you have to get in now and pay straight away to have best chance to do so. So if you want to move to lower band you have to first pay higher amount to then maybe have a chance to move. All load bollocks.

ST relocations will be prioritised based on how early you renew your existing ST.
Very Clever.

We will now find out how many really like it or not.
Why can't they just bring the seats of the east and behind both goals as near as possible and go back as far as possible and forget about the upper tiers.

Get ready for this one...not a lot of money to spend on transfers as "all money from st sales goes on transfers", so by freezing them and making them "cheap" we dont have the spending power as the top 6
Moose had it right on talksport this morning. We are going to get nowhere with frees and £7m players. If you want to get into the top 4 you need to buy top players

OTB - because away season tickets is on a first come first served basis - nothing to do with renewing an AST or points.

Willy - ok. Haven't read all the stuff so haven't seen it.
Can't imagine that'll be a problem though? There's generally not enough demand for it to be an issue.

Quick question for anyone who might know. How easy is it to transfer the name on a season ticket? I ideally need to swap the name of my second one from my ex to my dad. Can this be done any time or can I just renew it but with a different name attached?
